We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Integration Engineer to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless integration of our software with clients’ existing systems and applications. You will work closely with both our internal development teams and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with iPaaS software such as Axway, Boomi, Mulesoft or internal platform
• Strong understanding of API integrations, web services, and data exchange formats.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Django) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and cloud platforms.

• System Analysis:
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ existing systems and infrastructure to identify integration points and requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.
• Integration Planning:
• Develop comprehensive integration plans, considering data mapping, workflow optimization, and system compatibility.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for integration based on industry standards.
• Implementation:
• Lead the implementation of integration solutions, working closely with both internal development teams and clients.
• Implement and configure integrations with low code integration platform based on internal and external API specifications
• Testing and Debugging:
• Conduct thorough testing of integration processes to ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability.
• Debug and resolve issues that may arise during the integration process.
• Documentation:
• Create detailed documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide training to clients and internal teams on integrated systems.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and support teams, to ensure a cohesive integration process.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.
