We are on the lookout for a Senior Integration Manager who will play a key role integrating acquisitions into CP. Whether you are based in the East Midlands or further a-field, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE DAY TO DAY…

As a Senior Integration Manager, you will have a primary focus on Digital and Wealth acquisitions, as well as supporting other acquisitions as needed. You’ll take ownership and lead specific integration projects as they arise, getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including;

  • Leading and delivering end-end M&A Integration projects with minimal need for support/oversight
  • Supporting, coaching and engaging senior leaders across the business in respect to integration activities
  • Managing relationships and comms with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Holding ownership of projects, ensuring commitments and timelines are met
  • Working with multiple service lines and relevant stakeholders to define strategic rationale / integration principles and delivery approach
  • Leading the assessment of the acquired businesses into Cooper Parrys operations, including review and analysis of the acquired company’s operations & development of D1 target operating model
  • Driving change management initiatives to facilitate a smooth employee and client transition
  • Scoping and establishing synergies based on strategic importance, feasibility, and quantify the potential impact
  • Using prior experience to pre-empt risks and solve unforeseen issues
  • Acting as a champion for integration activities within CP – bringing relevant structures, tools and insight to continually enhance CP’s integration capabilities

About you…:
At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together. All we ask of our people is that they play all in. You’ll continuously strive to keep learning – whether you’re a trainee or a Partner – and you’ll be brave, stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above all, be nice. A simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.

we are looking for a self-starter, someone who is resilient with a willingness to persevere. You will be a team player, used to working closely with multiple client facing and central service lines, ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in:

  • Prior M&A experience is a must
  • Experience with either Digital or Wealth acquisitions would be advantageous
  • Experience and knowledge of project, process improvement and change principles, methodologies, and tools
  • A deep understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Commercial awareness is key and ability to build credible business cases, supported by a keen interest in client service
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with an acute ability to actively listen and meaningfully understand challenges people and teams face with change
  • Knowledge of professional and digital/tech services is desirable
  • Prince2 or Agile Project Manager qualification is desirable
