This role sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture and legal technology, where complex systems must work together seamlessly and securely. You will design and guide integration solutions that connect critical platforms such as contract management, eBilling, ERP, CRM, and identity systems. Working in a highly collaborative, client-facing environment, you will translate business needs into robust technical architectures that ensure data flows reliably across cloud and on-premise ecosystems. This position combines hands-on engineering depth with architectural leadership, requiring both strategic thinking and practical execution. You will act as a key technical advisor, helping organizations modernize their integration landscapes. Your work will directly impact system performance, compliance, and operational efficiency across enterprise legal operations. \n Accountabilities In this role, you will lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions, ensuring scalable and secure connectivity across complex system landscapes. You will run technical discovery sessions, define architecture approaches, and guide stakeholders from concept to implementation while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements. Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions with clients and internal teams Design end-to-end integration architectures across cloud and on-premise environments Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and well-documented technical solutions Define integration standards, patterns, and best practices (API-led, event-driven, batch, real-time) Design and oversee APIs, middleware, and integration platform implementations Establish monitoring, logging, error handling, and alerting frameworks Provide technical leadership, architecture assurance, and mentorship to engineering teams Support data governance, compliance, and regulatory alignment Troubleshoot complex integration issues and lead root-cause analysis Evaluate integration technologies, tools, and vendor solutions Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security across all integrations Manage API lifecycle governance, including versioning and documentation Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise integration experience with a solid engineering foundation and the ability to operate in client-facing, architecture-driven environments.
