What You'll Do: Partner closely with co-founders to set integration strategy and make build vs. buy decisions. Work directly with customers to gather requirements, define workflows, and deliver production-ready solutions. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to bridge integrations with applied GenAI systems, ensuring real-world deployment of intelligent automation. What you Must Bring: Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python. Proven experience integrating with multiple EHR systems across SMB and enterprise environments. Hands-on work with FHIR, HL7, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and hybrid/on-prem systems. Experience building with RPA frameworks (Selenium or similar). Background in customer-facing engineering roles, gathering requirements and translating them into technical deliverables. First-Month Focus Audit current integrations, reliability, and security posture. Finalize a 12-month integration roadmap and target list across EHRs and partner APIs. Ship an SDK and sample app MVP for partner onboarding. Success OKRs (90 Days) Migrate 3 legacy integrations to the EHR Proxy. Reach 100% automated test coverage for all integrations behind the EHR proxies. Ensure reusability across all integration projects to deduce engineering rework by 50%.
