Description Function as a Senior Intelligence Analyst and a key intelligence liaison conduit between the US Intelligence Community (IC), the federal Law Enforcement (LE) community and ITP’s federal agency customer. Work independently, while maintaining relationships and credibility with the customer and other geographically separated locations. Establish and develop productive, strong personal relationships with peers and management in other agencies and organizations. Anticipate, identify, analyze, summarize and forward intelligence products related to stated or emerging threats. Anticipate, research, analyze, develop, respond to and satisfy requests for information (RFI) from geographically separated customer locations. Assist the customer in specifying intelligence requirements. Travel Required: Yes, 15% Primary Responsibilities: - Coordinates and manages customer processes and products, including Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) and Request For Information (RFI) processes, and customer internal information sharing systems - Portfolio management of domestic terror, international terror, and criminal threats to the customer’s operations. - Participation in customer’s on-call duty officer program - Provides detailed briefings to customer leadership and staff Requirements Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in a relevant field - 10 years of relevant work and a minimum of 10 years of systems experience (JWICS, SIPR, Intelligence and Law Enforcement databases) - Must be able to obtain an “Active” Q/TS clearance. Must be able to obtain a SCI clearance within a reasonable timeframe - Work independently and in small groups while maintaining relationships and credibility with the customer locally and at the geographically separated locations - Exceptional written and spoken communications skills in providing analytic products and briefings to all levels of an organization, including senior agency officials. - Ability to conduct in-depth and detailed analysis utilizing industry standard tools, techniques and procedures - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to plan and interact with people from diverse backgrounds/cultures Desired Qualifications: - Master’s Degree in a related field - Current active DOE Q or TS/SCI clearance About Innovative Technology Partnerships (ITP): Innovative Technology Partnerships (ITP), A Cogent Security Company, provides consulting, management, engineering and technical support services in national security missions to the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), the National Laboratories and their Management and Operating (M&O) contractors associated with the nation's Nuclear Security Enterprise; as well as to other federal agencies and public/private sector organizations.
