We’re Hiring: Senior Interaction & Motion Designer

We’re looking for a talented Senior Interaction & Motion Designer to support a large banking organisation in Abu Dhabi.

This role is ideal for a designer who specialises in bringing digital interfaces to life through thoughtful animations, micro-interactions and high-fidelity prototypes.

Key responsibilities:

• Design engaging animations and interactions for digital interface components
• Create advanced, high-fidelity prototypes using ProtoPie
• Define motion behaviours, transitions and micro-interactions across digital products
• Collaborate with product designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Enhance the overall user experience through intuitive and purposeful motion design

Key requirements:

• Strong experience in interaction design, motion design or UI animation
• Advanced proficiency in ProtoPie
• Excellent understanding of interface components, transitions and micro-interactions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive prototypes and digital product animations
• Experience within banking, fintech or complex digital platforms would be advantageous

Work arrangement: Hybrid

Initial project duration: 6 months
