Description
Role: • Lead a team of approximately 15 employees who own, operate, and manage the company's IT systems. • Motivate and create engagement among your employees, as well as empower them to efficiently achieve common goals. • Develop and anchor a clear future vision, and identify and address challenges in a constructive and inclusive manner along the way. • Be responsible for the interface with the business and suppliers for the services delivered by the group. • Build strong relationships with internal and external parties—your ability to communicate, collaborate, influence, and develop the business is crucial. • Report to the department manager and be part of the department's management team. Essential requirements: • Documented leadership experience — from previous managerial roles or other contexts where you have moved a team from one WOW (Way of Working) to a new WOW. And at the same time managed to motivate and develop people. • Extensive experience leading in complex organizations and are confident in handling different interests in a changing environment. • Experience in IT system management, preferably in a larger organization with business-critical systems. • Knowledge of SAP, GIS, measurement, and billing is meritorious, but not required.
