JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Interior Design Drafter / Manager to support our retail fit-out projects. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise technical drawings and detailed construction documents, working closely with design and project teams to ensure successful execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in retail or interior fit-out.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and site conditions effectively.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Produce detailed technical drawings and layouts based on design briefs and site measurements.
• Convert conceptual designs into accurate shop drawings, joinery details, and construction plans.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, regulatory standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and precision.
• Revise drawings in response to site changes or design updates.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and gather on-site data.
• Support material specification and coordination with design teams.
