We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer to play a central role across a diverse portfolio, which may include commercial property, aviation, education, public sector, energy, and residential projects.

• Bring a collaborative mindset, eager to mentor others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead interior design on multi-disciplinary projects, bringing your insight and creativity to the forefront.
• Confidently offer new ideas to improve processes and present them to senior leadership.
• Take responsibility for specific roles, areas, or packages of work within a project—recognising the importance of the project budget and developing your understanding of project finances.
• Create design presentations, storyboards, material palettes, and visual narratives.
• Lead the design and development of mood boards and furnishing selections.
• Support the development of new business opportunities, including the preparation and submission of bids.
