Job Summary: Barclay Butera Interiors is seeking a talented and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Park City, UT. As an Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, develop design concepts, and oversee the implementation of the design plans. QUALIFICATIONS:

· Degree in Interior Design, preferably from an accredited University
· Proven experience as an Interior Designer
· Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and creating detailed designs
· Proficient in Revit
· Ability to visualize concepts in 2D and 3D formats
· Strong knowledge of interior design principles, color theory, and space planning
· Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and timeline
· Create design concepts that align with the client’s vision and functional requirements
· Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, color schemes, material selections, and furniture layouts
· Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
· Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the design plans
· Source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories that meet the client’s budget and design specifications
· Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they are implemented according to the approved plans
· Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques
