Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be accountable for all stages of various projects execution.
Responsibilities include client relationship, external & internal team collaboration, managing a project/s from start to finish; design concept, working drawings execution, consultant coordination, and contract administration.
Position Requirements:
Highly developed creative, technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Graduate of a recognized school of Interior Design / Architecture / Architectural Technology.
Working towards Completing NCIDQ and ARIDO accreditation
Other Professional Certifications LEED/BREEAM/Well, BCIN
Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience, with minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with technical software: Advanced REVIT, CAD, and Photoshop skills (including advanced rendering skills using REVIT and Photoshop), enhanced hand drawing skills and computer software skills (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Leadership skills
Excellent communication & collaboration skills with proven ability to work with clients, consultants & senior partners.
