QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Interior Design
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, retail design, or a related industry

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
  • Strong understanding of retail environments and fixture-based space planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program management and growth
  • Design consultation and use of professional design expertise to drive sales of OPTO products and services
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing proactive and reactive support for inquiries
  • Leverage product knowledge to recommend solutions, including fixture and layout designs
  • Develop detailed project proposals with drawings, quotes, and manage documentation, BOMs, and assembly details
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Identify areas for improvement, contribute to interdepartmental enhancements, and assist in staff training
  • Maintain product knowledge to match customer needs with appropriate solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
