Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage large-scale commercial and residential interior design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design vision, strong technical expertise, and proven experience delivering high-value, complex projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires leadership, client-facing confidence, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence. Key Responsibilities Design Leadership Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of large-scale commercial and residential projects. Translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling design solutions. Oversee space planning, material selection, FF&E specifications, lighting design, and detailing. Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project lifecycle. Project Management Manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Resolve design and technical challenges efficiently. Client Management Serve as primary point of contact for key clients. Present design concepts, mood boards, and final proposals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding project scope. Team Leadership Mentor and supervise junior designers and design teams. Provide direction, feedback, and performance guidance. Foster a collaborative and creative studio environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 5+ years of professional interior design experience. Proven portfolio of large-scale commercial and high-end residential projects. Excellent understanding of building codes, materials, construction detailing, and project documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
