JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading the design process from initial client engagement through final punch. This role includes ownership of design direction, client communication, construction coordination, FF&E development, and onsite execution. The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple projects, delegating tasks to design staff, and coaching junior team members to deliver excellence at every phase.

EDUCATION

· Associate’s orBachelor’s degree in Interior Design

EXPERIENCE

· 5+ years of professional interior design experience
· Senior Living, Healthcare or Hospitality experience preferred

SKILLS

· AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse stakeholders.
· Budgeting and cost estimation expertise.
· Problem-solving skills to address unexpected project challenges.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

· Travel ~25%
· Physical ability to visit job sites, climb stairs, and inspect work in progress.
· Valid driver’s license
· Pass drug screening and background check

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
