Description:

Our client are a leading security distributor specialising in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms, who are looking for two Internal Sales Executives to join their busy sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with extensive product training provided.
While previous experience with security or electronic products is advantageous, it’s not essential, having the right skills, capabilities and approach is the key aspect here!
About the Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers.
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential leads.
  • Closing sales over the phone.
  • Using your initiative to target new companies and generate leads. • Proactively calling businesses and building relationships.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Managing day-to-day account management and completing general sales admin tasks.

Candidate Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven telesales experience, ideally in a B2B environment in Security, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications.
  • Outbound calling or cold calling experience.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport and relationships using a consultative sales style.
  • A sales-driven mindset with a positive “can-do” attitude. • Strong results orientation and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Details

Full time. Monday to Friday, officed based in Stevenage. 40 hours per week.

  • Basic Salary: Starting from £28,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • Uncapped Commission: Rewards for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Training: Intensive product training to set you up for success.
