We are searching for an experienced audit specialist (m, f, d) as Senior Internal Auditor Aufgaben Performing audits in assets and offices locally as well as globally / Understanding of operational, financial and business considerations / Identifying and assessing relevant risks and controls / Minimizing risks and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls / Planning of audits / Conducting risk assessments and identifying appropriate controls to mitigate identified risks / Performing audit procedures to verify that controls are operating as intended / Identifying control gaps and proposing constructive and practical improvements / Analyzing and concluding on the effectiveness of the control environment / Documenting results in line with IIA and Group Audit standards / Preparing and presenting audit reports to management / Contributing to the enhancement of Group Audit working methods and delivery of outstanding risk and audit management services / Undertaking ad-hoc special reviews as required. Qualifikation Master's or Bachelor's degree / CIA, CPA or ACCA / Sound working experience in an audit function of an international industrial company / Willingness to continuously learn and acquire knowledge of the company’s business / Mindset of providing value added services / Self-motivated to get things done / Displaying excellent time management and organizational skills / Team player / Commitment and ambition to become one of the best in the field of risk management and internal audit / Motivation to travel about 30% world-wide / EU or Swiss work permit required / Excellent English communication skills, any other language would be an asset.
