A leading group operating in the insurance and financial services sector is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor with significant background in the insurance industry. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, critical and creative thinking, and openness to innovation and change in a dynamic business environment. PassportCard Group’s Internal Audit Department is looking for a motivated team member to drive meaningful improvements across our processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits within the insurance domain, with a focus on underwriting, claims, and payment processes Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify exceptions, risks, and trends Critically assess existing processes and propose improvements, including innovative solutions Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements Prepare high-quality audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders in a changing and evolving organizational environment This is a full-time, office-based position in Netanya, 5 days a week. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as an Internal Auditor in the insurance industry – mandatory In-depth knowledge of the financial services sector – a significant advantage Strong data analysis skills using advanced analytical tools High-level critical and creative thinking, with the ability to challenge existing assumptions Intellectual flexibility, professional curiosity, and the ability to quickly adapt to changes in technology and regulation Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
