Job Description
We are recruiting for a senior Internal Communications Manager to join our Internal Communications team, for a 9-12 month period. This role is responsible for delivering on a number of key strategic workstreams to support our PA-wide internal communications programme.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our leadership team, so strong stakeholder management skills are a must. The role holder be will involved in the practical application of engagement and communications best practice, and would value getting insight into how communications works across PA.
A keen and passionate interest in internal communications to deliver business priorities is required. Exceptional editorial and written communication skills are essential with an ability to confidently present ideas as well as possessing an awareness of innovative tools and best-practice methods to internal communications.
The role will work alongside a Senior Internal Communications Manager, and report to our Head of Internal Communications, and sit within our Global Marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Proven internal communications experience, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Experience of delivering communications through organisational change or mergers/acquisitions highly desirable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Creative, proactive and resilient, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Confident working independently and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of change management principles desirable
  • Degree or equivalent experience in communications, business, HR or related fiel

Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering the internal communications across a number of channels
  • Partner with teams across PA to support them with their objectives
  • Create and deliver interactive events, including all team calls and Townhalls
  • Use data and measurement to improve and develop communications
    Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment.
