We’re a small but mighty Group Communications team (just five of us!), reporting into the Group Legal Counsel alongside our Legal and ESG colleagues.
We do a lot: protecting and enhancing our corporate reputation, managing relationships with policymakers and media, and - most importantly - making sure our colleagues feel connected, inspired and engaged.

  • Have background and experience in developing, delivering, and measuring internal comms strategies and engagement.
  • Have exemplary writing skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt messaging according to audience.
  • Be confident in acting as a strategic advisor with senior leaders in complex and fast-paced organisations.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and be innovative and creative in developing solutions. You’ll have a passion for engagement and be comfortable in driving fresh thinking.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Acts as a trusted advisor, business partner and coach to leaders across the business and to be seen as a ‘go-to person’ for internal communications activities.
  • Develops and executes internal communication strategies that connect colleagues to our company strategy and Value Creation Plan.
  • Develops and delivers communication plans to support our Group wide change and transformation programme.
  • Working with the People Team, manages communication campaigns that help drive employee engagement across evoke and support strategic priorities.
  • Support the planning and delivery of leadership events including Group wide monthly One Company Calls and Business Leader Calls.
  • Creates remarkable content that brings the best of evoke to our colleagues and connects them to our strategy and Value Creation Plan, including sourcing, writing and publishing content across all channels.
  • Provides comms support for multi-location colleague and leadership events and meetings including creating content and coaching presenters.
  • Contributes to learning and sharing of best practice within the internal communications community.
