THE WORK:
Ripple is looking for a Senior Employee Events Specialist to join our internal communications team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact Ripple’s employee experience through company-wide events, recognition and anniversary programs, branded goods and more. This position is in-person, based in San Francisco.
The ideal candidate has a successful track record of planning and executing events and has stellar written communication skills. You’ll work with stakeholders across teams in our 15+ offices to bring engaging, informative and inspiring events and employee programs to our global team.
You love to bring new, big ideas to the table and are proud to execute the details flawlessly. You are passionate about cultivating an outstanding global company culture and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You are creative and always ready to tackle the next challenge.
