QUALIFICATIONS

• Inside sales and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong experience in handling a high volume of calls daily.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and mange time effectively.
• An understanding of the building and construction industry is preferred, however all sales backgrounds will be given serious consideration.
• Experience using Phocas or similar Business Intelligence software would be an advantage.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Internal Sales Advisor, located in Stonehaven. The successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales, generating quotes, lead generation, closing the sale and providing excellent customer service. The Internal Sales Advisor will work collaboratively with the wider sales and operational teams to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and qualify leads to drive sales growth and meet targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilise business intelligence tools to analyse customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve communication.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions for future reference.
