We’re looking for an experienced International Procurement Specialist to lead new product development and manage sourcing operations with overseas suppliers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in launching new office furniture products, improving supplier relationships, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery. This is a strategic position for someone who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and understands global manufacturing and procurement processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Product Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in international sourcing or procurement (office furniture manufacturing experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of global manufacturing, pricing structures, and logistics
• Hands-on experience working with suppliers in Asia (especially China, Malaysia, and Taiwan)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; PLM software experience a plus
