REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales administration or account management experience with a focus on customer service. A focus on export/import operations would be an advantage.
· Organisational Skills: Proactive and results-driven attitude, taking ownership of tasks and following through to ensure on-time delivery.
· Customs Expertise: Familiarity with export/import regulations and shipping processes is an advantage.
· Customer-Centric Approach: Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
· Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all export and import documentation.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in addressing challenges, finding solutions, and making sound decisions.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a International Sales & Operations Co-Ordinator you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management and coordination of international and UK sales operations. You will be a key point of contact between the wider team, production, and warehouse departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our valued customers and raw materials to our sites.
Your commercial proactive approach, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
