Skills That Make a Difference:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of U.S. international income tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporate tax department
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to cross-functional teamwor
Responsibilities

As a Senior International Tax Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to work across both international tax and transfer pricing disciplines, playing a key role in minimizing Lubrizol’s global tax burden while maintaining accurate tax reporting and compliance. The role offers broad exposure to US International tax compliance and planning while providing the opportunity to work directly from Lubrizol’s international business operations and cross-functional teams. You will bring strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of U.S. international tax concepts, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

  • Prepare and review U.S. income tax compliance for international operations including, for example, E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, etc.
  • Support global tax and transfer pricing compliance and strategy, helping to identify changes and opportunities, while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws
  • Perform international tax research and planning
  • Assist in tax audits and controversy matters, particularly those involving intercompany transactions and consolidated tax positions
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline data collection, modeling, and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other tax technologies
  • Support special tax projects as needed
