SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for creating engaging and effective learning solutions that support continuous, blended, and compliance-driven training. This role designs and develops eLearning, instructor-led courses, and multimedia content while introducing innovative tools and methods to enhance learner engagement and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.), multimedia design, and LMS platforms.
• Strong communication, project management, and technical writing skills.
• Experience with compliance and safety training; industry knowledge in media/entertainment preferred.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).

• Design and deliver instructional materials, including ILT, eLearning, and multimedia elements.
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models, and creative strategies to achieve learning outcomes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze needs and build tailored learning solutions.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and course content using leading authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor and support team members in instructional design best practices.
