POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Senior Intune & M365 Specialist to lead patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint compliance initiatives using Microsoft Intune in an enterprise Windows 10/11 environment. This role is essential to delivering proactive, policy-driven endpoint hardening and secure workstation lifecycle management using cloud-first tools.

You’ll be responsible for the deployment, monitoring, and continuous tuning of Windows Update policies, including out-of-band security updates and zero-day remediation strategies. This is a project-based and operational role requiring hands-on execution, reporting automation, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Oakville, ON. Regular onsite presence is required.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in designing and executing Windows 10/11 patch management strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Intune policy customization, Autopilot, compliance monitoring and tenant-level automation.
• Proven ability to implement and monitor advanced reporting tools such as Power BI for endpoint analytics.
• Experience managing incident prioritization (P1-P4) and working within SLA-driven operational models.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, MS-500, SC-300
• Familiarity with Azure automation accounts, SCCM integration, and PowerShell diagnostic scripting.
• Understanding of security vulnerability management, zero-day patching, and rollback procedures.
• Experience in hybrid environments with Azure AD Join and on-prem Active Directory coexistence.
