Description

Develop and approve store allocations aligned to category and financial plans.
Monitor allocation performance using analytics, location strategies, and category targets; manage exceptions for seasonal, advertised, or complex lines.
Partner with Demand Planners to optimise allocation parameters, improve forecasts, and support replenishment planning.
Lead replenishment planning by reviewing system orders, setting parameters, and maintaining healthy in-stock positions.
Ensure accurate allocation of promotional stock and take action on best sellers or underperforming items.
Raise, track, and manage supplier purchase orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timely flow, and resolution of discrepancies.
Deliver timely reporting and insights on sales, stock, replenishment, and supplier delivery; recommend store transfers or parameter updates.
Collaborate with Planners, Suppliers, and Stores to resolve challenges, improve supply chain processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor Inventory Analysts, fostering collaboration and high performance across planning and inventory teams.
