Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, professional and skilled Senior Inventory Data Administrator at our Morgantown, KY location. This position has a direct impact on the success of our Morgantown, KY facility. Use your Analytical, Inventory, Data Entry and Planning knowledge to: Schedule, maintain, monitor and report receiving appointments to databases for incoming customer materials on a daily basis Gather documentation from internal customers and manually enter into the system Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules Invoicing and Buying/Selling shipments through a manual process Develop and manage deadlines to meet commercial account requirements Enter and update inbound/outbound shipments in BEST logistics system Prepare, reconcile, and send weekly and monthly reports to customers and management This is a great opportunity to grow your experience with: Communication Excel Inventory Control Data Entry Oracle Reporting Skills Analyzing issues Apply today!
