KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent.Relevant experience in spare parts management, logistics, or inventory control, preferably within the automotive industry.

• Manage forecasting, replenishment, and stock planning, including safety stock and working stock, to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Analyse and manage stock and purchase order data effectively to support optimized allocation.
• Work closely with users and the parts store team to establish efficient demand and supply processes.
• Generate and analyse reports to support demand, forecast, and supply planning, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee stock order allocation and ensure stock levels across parts stores are within established KPIs.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (such as forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouse teams) to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in daily coordination with operations teams and warehouse staff to support business continuity.Ensure compliance with company safety, housekeeping, and operational standards, and carry out other duties as assigned by management.
