To succeed, you’ll need: Demonstrated experience leading sensitive or high‑risk workplace investigations, including whistleblower matters. Proven capability in interviewing, evidence collection and analysis, and producing clear, defensible reports. Strong working knowledge of compliance and risk frameworks, and familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g. Evidence Act, whistleblowing and anti‑discrimination laws). Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft 365, exposure to tools like Analyst’s Notebook is a plus.
