The Role & The Team We are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving financial and performance excellence across Airservices’ capital investment portfolio. Working closely with the Investment Management Lead, portfolio leads and project managers, you will provide investment insight, financial governance and high-quality analysis to ensure effective capital allocation, disciplined investment decision-making and transparency across our investment portfolio. This is a highly collaborative role with strong exposure to senior leaders and the Executive, making it ideal for a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys influencing outcomes in a complex, project-driven environment. You will bring: * 5 to 10+ years’ experience in financial, commercial or investment management roles * Strong experience in capital investment analysis, portfolio management and investment prioritisation * Financial modelling, reporting and analytical capability * Proven experience working with large ERP systems (SAP experience highly regarded) * A strong understanding of asset accounting principles and asset lifecycle management * Highly developed stakeholder management and influencing skills * Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and uplift capability across teams * The resilience and flexibility to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Qualifications: * Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline or equivalent experience * Membership of CPA Australia or CA ANZ is highly desirable At Airservices Australia, we embrace and thrive on diversity of thought, perspectives, and capabilities because we know the benefits of having a workforce that is representative of the community that we serve.
