REQUIREMENTS / PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Master’s degree with strong financial skills. You ideally have a relevant accounting, economics, finance, or real estate qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience, ideally acquired in a real estate investment or investment management environment.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, initiative and good judgement as well as constructive problem solving.
  • Team-player and ability to work in a cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment/team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Fluency in English is required, fluency in another language is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of financial modelling with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Europe.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support with portfolio construction, on-going monitoring of the assets and reporting to clients through production of quarterly reports and client presentations;
  • Responsible for client investment data in the client investment plan and databases;
  • Track relevant data for client performance and investment performance. This includes the review of the portfolio forecasting model, and detailed analysis of individual assets by analysing and approving the asset business plans;
  • Participate in monitoring portfolio performance as well as the review and subsequent participation of acquisition (and disposal) processes, having an understanding of the forecast returns and risks for individual investments and be aware of relevant issues that may impact portfolios.
  • Assist with responses to clients’ and internal information requests;
  • Work on ESG strategies and their implementation, including the completion of the annual GRESB questionnaire;
