Job Summary:
Imperial Asset Management is a real estate asset management company headquartered in Tampa, FL.
We specialize in purchasing investment real estate, consisting of single family homes, town-homes and multi-unit residences, in order to optimize financial returns and operational efficiency for our clients as well as long-term growth and appreciation.
We are looking for experienced Investment & Wealth Managers that have a client base interested in generating a consistent monthly income above what they can currently earn in the traditional market to assist them in achieving their financial goals faster from a company with an effectively managed and optimized real estate portfolio. We have a proven track record and references available upon request.
This is a salary and performance based commission position for the right candidate. Salary will depend upon the manager’s experience as well as performance goals and expectations. This is a remote position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
