5-8 years of experience within real estate investment banking, real estate private equity, management consulting, real estate development or a principal investment platform focused on real estate.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Accounting or a related field.
Strong financial modelling and valuation experience within the real estate sector.
Demonstrated experience analysing acquisitions and development opportunities.
Excellent analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and deal-oriented environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
GCC real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.
