POSITION SUMMARY

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Invoicing Analyst, to join our team. As a Senior Invoicing Analyst, you will be primarily engaged in rebate invoicing activities, organizational integration, policy, procedure initiatives, common and best practice, process improvement, capital & BSR projects. This includes working closely with internal partners such as Trade Relations / Legal / Accounting and external partners such as Pharma Manufacturers. Responsibilities will also resubmission invoicing opportunities as well.

• Detail oriented and proven analytical skills are necessary with the ability to organize and prioritize workloads and meeting strict deadlines is critical.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential as this position interfaces with various level within the organization as well as with our external pharmaceutical company counterparts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 or more years of professional work experience.
• 2 or more years MS Office ( Excel, Outlook, Word) experience.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science or analytics role.
• 2 or more years of experience in writing SQL queries with strong understanding of databases and ETL processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with contract administration, financial and / or data analysis, data-mining, cash reconciliations, and complex processes is beneficial.
• PBM or pharmaceutical manufacturer experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical products preferred.
• Contract interpretation experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting.

EDUCATION

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
