• Working in a product team enabling a smooth app experience for tens of thousands of policies, ensuring that we provide customers with affordable, instant, and inclusive insurance
• Help shape technical direction through lightweight scoping, estimation, and planning. We follow Agile principles without rigid processes—blending the best of Scrum, Kanban, and other high-performing team rituals. We’re looking for adaptable engineers who thrive in flexible, fast-moving environments.
• Work closely with the cross-functional team members to understand requirements, build solutions, deliver functionality, write automation tests and build continuous delivery pipelines all the way through to deployment, monitoring and supporting these systems in production
• Help us evolve our architecture to optimise for product delivery speed
• Participate in setting the quarterly team OKRs
