JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experience audit professional to lead and deliver the internal audit programme across the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring risk-based audit planning, robust management of corrective actions and driving measurable continuous improvement across quality, safety, security, and continuity domains. Working in a technically challenging, fast paced environment you will enable Graphcore to it scale to build the world’s most advanced AI systems

Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and maintain the internal audit programme covering:
  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
  • ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security)
  • ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
  • ISO 22301 (Business Continuity)
  • Coordinate the other qualified auditors within the organisation to deliver on the programme, ensuring that all layer 1, 2 and 3 audits are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with audit action owners to manage the end-to-end corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process, ensuring issues are effectively tracked, closed, and verified.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis activities and work cross-functionally to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Monitor audit findings, process metrics, and incident trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate and contribute to management reviews with audit data, trends, and risks.
  • Support teams in embedding a continuous improvement mindset and ensuring IMS effectiveness.
