THE OPPORTUNITY
The Senior ISV Business Development Manager is a business development role focused on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to expand Unity’s industry ecosystem. You will architect and drive strategic partnerships with top ISVs in manufacturing, engineering, industrial automation, digital twins, and related verticals (e.g., Trimble, Qualcomm, Siemens, GE Digital, Rockwell), bringing them into the Unity Industry platform.
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial leader who creates and executes a vision for Unity’s ISV ecosystem, inspiring executive decision makers both inside and outside the company. You’ll work cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Partner Management, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal to establish high-impact partnerships. You will be directly responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and enabling new ISVs, setting partnerships up for mutual success from day one.
The ideal candidate can translate Unity’s platform value for enterprise, digital transformation, and vertical-market use cases. You are passionate about building a world-class ISV program that accelerates industry adoption of Unity’s technology and drives measurable commercial outcomes.
