We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Administrator to lead the day-to-day management of our IT infrastructure, ensure business continuity, strengthen cybersecurity, and provide exceptional technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
  • Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices.
  • Oversee network performance, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, endpoint protection, MFA, access controls, and security policies.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, and identity management.
  • Plan and execute backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
  • Lead IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation deployment and asset management.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage IT vendors, software licensing, warranties, and service contracts.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support meeting rooms, AV systems, digital collaboration tools, and company events when required.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Recommend and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and security.
  • Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
  • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, network switches, wireless infrastructure, and endpoint security.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and device compliance.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based environments and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Azure certifications are an advantage.
