(Senior) IT Administrator (m/f/d)

Location: Geretsried, Germany (Near Munich) – Hybrid

Salary: €45,000 – €60,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Administrator looking to take on greater responsibility while working across a wide range of technologies and customer environments.

You will support and advise clients on infrastructure topics, contribute to IT projects, and help manage a team of technicians. The role combines technical administration, customer interaction, project work, and leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and helping organizations improve and modernize their IT environments.

HIGH LEVEL

This role is best suited for an IT infrastructure professional with strong Microsoft administration experience, customer-facing communication skills, and an interest in developing leadership and project ownership responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Support and manage customer IT environments both remotely and onsite
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians
• Manage team processes and operational responsibilities
• Serve as a technical contact for customer projects
• Consult customers on infrastructure improvements and solutions
• Plan, implement, and develop IT infrastructure projects
• Administer Microsoft and Linux environments
• Support infrastructure, networking, backup, and monitoring solutions

What We're Looking For

• Completed IT Ausbildung, technical degree, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 years of IT administration or infrastructure experience
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications
• Experience with:
• Microsoft 365
• Windows Server
• Azure
• Networking
• Backup and monitoring solutions
• First leadership experience is desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• German B2 and English C1 language skills
