Your tasks

• ITSM development : You will support the continuous development and professionalization of our IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices.
• Infrastructure optimization : You identify and fix problems in our complex IT infrastructure and develop it further together with the team to ensure future viability.
• Project work & process improvement : You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal systems, processes and tool landscapes through a variety of projects.
• Process modeling : You model IT processes and independently implement corresponding tool implementations and adaptations.
• User Support & Operations : You are the competent contact person for a wide range of technical inquiries – both on-site, via remote access, by telephone and via our ticketing system.

Your profile

• Education : You have successfully completed your technical studies or your IT specialist training.
• Practical experience : You have 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in IT operations, IT administration and IT support.
• Tools : You are absolutely confident in handling workloads on Windows Server, Linux and hyperscalers (preferably Azure) and have sound experience with one or more ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow).
• Methodological competence : You possess in-depth knowledge in the areas of IT security, incident management, Active Directory (preferably also Azure Cloud Security) as well as a good understanding of TCP/IP and general network concepts.
• Language skills : You have fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel : You have no problem traveling to our German offices 1-2 times a month to handle technical tasks on site.
