JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accountabilities:

The TDS IT Singapore Application Support was established to provide follow the sun Level 2 production system support including:

  • Strong knowledge on Murex MX3/G2000 in FX Cash and Commodity module
  • Supporting the Front Office FXC, FXO, Precious and Base Metal Trading desk
  • Provide End-to-End production application support with ITIL scope
  • Can able to handle incidents in a timely fashion and track till closure.
  • Should manage Problem management for recurring incidents.
  • Will participate in change and release management for the production delivery
  • Participate weekly Murex vendor call, action plans, follow-up’s on problems.
  • Knowledge on FX Cash, Derivative Products (Future, SWAP and OPTIONs contracts).
  • Knowledge on Capital market and Trading Life Cycle.
  • Understanding & prior experience of full end to end system support in Price quote, trade confirmations, settlement, P&L modules.
  • Experience and supporting Electronic Trade Risk Reporting and Confirmation process.

Technical/Functional skill and requirement

  • Engineering or Computer Science preferred with relevant industry experience
  • Experience in providing technical support for FX Cash, Option, Base Metals and Precious Metals desks within an investment bank is a plus
  • Experience supporting live Murex Trading and Risk Analytics
  • DataMart and Reporting
  • MXML/Workflows
  • PreTrade Rule, eTradepad/STB and Murex Simulation.
  • Price, Rate Curves, indices, generators, bonds, Plvar and pricing
  • Review of yield curves, RTI feeds, Cache and associated generators
