As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the stability, performance, and evolution of the IT landscape. You will provide expert-level support across end-user environments, networking infrastructure, and system administration, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement across global sites.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires:

• Move throughout entire facility to attend to various issues, service customers and attend meetings
• Work effectively in teams with strong communication skills and ability to facilitate
• This Senior Technical Analyst position is located on-site in our East Longmeadow facility

• Act as the highest escalation point for complex end-user issues across hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
• Lead initiatives to improve service desk processes and user satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior support staff.
• Good knowledge of networking concepts.
• Collaborate with network engineers to implement upgrades and ensure network security and performance.
• Document network configurations and maintain inventory of network assets.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cloud-based services (e.g., Azure).
• Oversee patch management, backup strategies, and system health monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base development.
• Performs other similar or related duties as required.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Analyst with:

• 10 + years of experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking protocols, and ITIL practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise tools, cloud environments and platforms
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with hardware: Scanners, Zebra printers, Time clocks, data collection
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team setting.
