Technical Knowledge and Skills: Able to help and advise others based on their specialist area of knowledge and skill Uses technical knowledge and skills to complete complex work Uses technical knowledge and skills to improve work systems Client Orientation Works to meet the needs of clients according to organization policy Communicates often with clients and seeks to understand and anticipate their needs Works with clients to find ways to meet changing needs Achieving Results: Finds ways to reduce time and cost of completing work Monitors work and progress and makes improvements Works with others to overcome problems and find alternative ways to complete work when necessary Working Together: Provides practical support and encouragement for team members Encourages all team members to work together Sets priorities for the team and ensures they are followed through Provides guidance and mentorship to lesser experienced systems analysts Relevant Experience and Other Requirements: Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level At least five (5) years’ experience in a system analyst role, two (2) of which should be working with users; At lest five (5) years’ experience in ERP Financials; Excellent Leadership/supervisory skills; Excellent communication skills, including facilitation, elicitation, training, documentation, and presentation skills for conducting meetings, trainings, and workshops with business lines Must have extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation Must have working experience in Azure DevOps Must be conversant with systems development lifecycle principles Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC)/Agile framework and utilization in system development projects Well-developed knowledge and understanding of relevant business administration, operational policies relevant work program and concepts, procedures and practices Proven ability to conduct independent research by analyzing relationships among several parts of a problem or situation; breaking down a complex task into manageable parts in a systematic way, recognizing several likely causes of events, or several consequences of actions and generally anticipate obstacles and thinks ahead about next steps Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline 💼 How can you contribute to the team? About the Role: The Senior IT Analyst (ERP Financials) works with users to define system requirements and analyze system problems. Prepares detailed specifications from which systems will be developed or software packages will be procured. May be responsible for designing and testing standards and solutions. Scope of Work/Responsibilities: Performs systems design work to develop applications meeting the business requirements; Regularly provide guidance, training, and mentorship to less experienced systems analysts Ensure timely development and ongoing maintenance of Company-wide ERP Financial system completely. Extract data, report creation and analyze system for ERP Financial solutions. Report writing and query creation in relation to ERP Financial source system data. Update and manage ERP Financial application system documentation. Prepare process and user training documentation for ERP Financial system implementation. Prepares complex system specifications to meet user requirements; Performs systems testing of multiple modules in a system; Must have good understanding of the business or function for which the application is designed; Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes; Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers; Ensures operation by training users and providing support; and Participates in formal and on-the-job training in systems analysis, programming and inter-personal skills provided. Work Arrangement Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory. Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.
