We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with expertise in both the technical and functional aspects of Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) solutions. Strong Business Analyst capabilities, along with a deep understanding of retail and wholesale planning methods, are essential. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and maintenance of wholesale and retail planning solutions. Experience with MFP solutions like Blue Yonder’s Enterprise Planning or Logility’s Replenishment Planning is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND ANALYSIS

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for MFP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to understand user needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications.

  • Deep expertise in retail systems and processes, providing a strong foundation for effective problem-solving and solution development.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, define system requirements, design, test, train, and implement practical business solutions within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strength in both oral presentations and clear, thorough written documentation.
  • Strong collaborator, skilled in partnering with business stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Highly proficient in various tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel with advanced formula skills, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Oracle CPQ, and SQL.
