Description

As a Senior IT Analyst at Honeywell, you will lead complex, high‑impact IT initiatives supporting SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) processes. In this role, you will serve as the primary IT partner for Finance, translating business requirements into scalable, compliant S/4 solutions that support financial close, reporting, and controls. This position plays a key role in a new SAP S/4 deployment, with hands‑on involvement across the full lifecycle, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and post‑go‑live stabilization. You will analyze complex systems and processes, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and help drive data‑informed decision‑making aligned with Honeywell’s technology roadmap. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient financial solutions that support business objectives and operational excellence. The role reports to the IT Manager and is based in Phoenix, AZ , with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities
