For more information, please visit www.textron.in POSITION SUMMARY Incumbent will have to work with a team of developers (Technical/Functional) in Bangalore and Augusta, USA. The SAP Extended Warehouse Management Business analyst will Provide expertise and direction in defining and maintaining the integrity of the functional process designs, standards, and SAP EWM configurations for Textron Specialized Vehicles and its subsidiaries. Incumbent will work with other SAP members, IT staff, and TSV Operations functional leaders to analyze proposed changes to SAP configuration settings to optimize overall performance. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Design and implement SAP EWM solutions based on business requirements. Analyze current warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into technical specifications. Configure and customize SAP EWM modules to meet specific client requirements. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM systems. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance. Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Document and maintain SAP EWM configurations and technical specifications. Implement technical project plans for SAP EWM and WM Modules Ensure common configuration across TSV business units for SAP Warehouse Management /Material Management and Sales Distribution (Shipping/Transportation disciplines) module Qualifications - External Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or related discipline (an IT focus is preferred) 6 - 8 years experience in the domain
