Then your place is here with us in our MOL Budapest based Campus building as a Senior IT Business Analyst (supporting Consumer & Card business field) Responsibilities: Cooperates closely with Business side peers - Super Users, Process Architects, Developers, Application Architects, Senior Domain Experts, Client Manager, Application & Infrastructure Operation Experts, Business Analysts and System Analysts Participates in Functional Specification preparation. Models the "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, the expected system interactions. Designs master data management process Participate in the scope definition and schedule, coordinates, manages and supervises the testing activity focusing to the UAT, in terms of composing and performing test scenarios, recording the results and defects. Manages, reviews and approves the training materials and provides quality assurance, Manages end-user trainings Manages handover to business and IT Operation support and participates in modification of the relevant service catalogue item. Coordinates IT development processes, projects and change requests Builds contemporary knowledge of solutions, industry benchmarks and trends in their area, proactively collects and communicates best practices to development teams and peers Supports Unit leader with domain specific functional and technical tasks. Define Business Processes in cooperation with the business stakeholders and System Analysts Compose training materials and organize training events Participates in the evaluation of suppliers Deliver project related documentations based on business requirements (BRD) and IT professional standards. To support project preparation, organize and lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders Resolve new issues with making proposal based on the received solution and actively take part in implementation Know about all the business requirements related to his/her domain which domain defined by Team Leads. Keep system documentations and business process descriptions up to date Responsible to draw attention to every found risk, issue and any other problem and he/she will do everything to solve them to minimize all the negative effect on the project or company Requirement: BSC or MSC degree IT, Engineering or Economics Min. 5+ years of relevant professional experience ITIL knowledge Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in Hungaroan and in English Self-dependence, results orientation, effective time and task management.
