Position overview We are seeking a motivated (Senior) IT Business Analyst to join our team! You will be playing an integral part in IT Business Analyst team. If you like working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and fostering alignment among key stakeholders – then this role is for you! What you ‘ll be doing Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for retail IT systems. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, vendors, and retail staff. Track project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders. Quality Assurance (QA): Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance. Identify and document defects, working with developers to ensure resolution. Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards before deployment. Ad-hoc task: Support user training and system adoption post-implementation. Stay updated on retail industry trends and emerging technologies. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years in business analysis, preferably in retail or e-commerce. 2+ years in project coordination or management. 1+ years in QA testing, including test case creation and execution. Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp). Strong understanding of retail systems (e.g., POS, inventory management, e-commerce platforms). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. CBAP, PMP, or ISTQB (preferred but not required). Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
