SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST (GENAI)

This position is designed for a senior professional with 10–15 years of experience, offering the opportunity to lead complex Gen AI and data initiatives in operational risk. The role involves driving innovation, providing strategic input, and working with advanced technologies such as Azure Open AI, RSA Archer, SQL, and Azure Synapse in a global environment.

• Create detailed data mapping and data flow diagrams.
• Document detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Agile squads to deliver projects efficiently.
• Document, develop, and implement Gen AI use cases to drive business solutions.
• Utilize RSA Archer for risk management and compliance processes.
• Apply operational risk terminology to analyze and mitigate risks.
• Perform complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Develop source-to-target mappings for data integration.
• Leverage Azure Open AI and Azure Synapse for advanced data analytics and AI solutions.
